Ting became only the second dual winner of a CPD Award for commitment to continuous building industry training when he was named winner of the 15-point category. He won the same award in 2012. e awards, which are in their eighth year, recognise individuals and companies that have shown commitment to ongoing training in Victoria s building industry. e 15-point category of the awards is for Registered Building Practitioners (RBPs) registered as building surveyors, building inspectors, engineers, quantity surveyors or dra spersons who have completed 15 hours/points of CPD for the year. Ting speci cally noted his professional development through the Concrete Institute of Australia s training courses. He said: " rough my participation in the Concrete Institute of Australia s Heavy Duty Pavements course, I am now able to demonstrate to clients a contemporary and thorough knowledge of pavement design. is understanding of industry trends and construction practices shows clients that Tingmore Structures is up to the challenge of providing e ective and easy-to-construct solutions."
